CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, in the case of no shows or cancellations, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. - > new clients please contact us within 24 hours after booking your appointment to confirm or it will be cancelled. This can also result in an incomplete service due to allocated appointment times. - AFTER 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your appointment total!
