CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, in the case of no shows or cancellations, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. - > new clients please contact us within 24 hours after booking your appointment to confirm or it will be cancelled. INSTAGRAM @DNHSKIN < - Deposit + Payment All services are rendered NON-REFUNDABLE once leaving your appointment A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure day/time. All appointments require a card on file. *Deposits will be collected at the time of accepting your appointment. *Deposits cannot be transferable - NEW CLIENTS: Booking inquiries are only held for 24 hours and are cancelled if client doesn’t reach on to confirm on Instagram. - Final Payments can be made with the Card On File or in Cash only! *Theres is a 2.7% transaction fee when checking out with our booking software *Cash must be exact, there is no change available on-site - Booking Policies • 10 Minute Grace Period! *Please be mindful of our time together - AFTER 10 minutes a $25 late fee will be applied to your final total. This is required in case we run into another client’s appointment time, I’ll have to discount their appointment. This can also result in an incomplete service due to allocated appointment times. - AFTER 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your appointment total!
